What you will do

• Participate in all aspects of hirify.global Dimension implementations.
• Document client requirements and map to hirify.global Dimension functions and processes.
• Design and deliver overall solution sets, modeling operational workflows.
• Customize standard configuration solutions and design new configurations.
• Assist in developing test strategies and supporting test execution.
• Provide configuration and end-user training.

Requirements

• Degree/master's in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector, preferably FinTech or IT Consulting.
• High level understanding of IT implementation project lifecycle and requirements gathering.
• Experience with GAP analysis and new solution design.
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, capital markets, and investments topics.
• Understanding of middle-/back office day-to-day processing workflows.
• Detailed understanding of investments lifecycle topics: transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, SWIFT.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Skills in foreseeing client system requirements and assisting in tailored proposals.
• Technical IT knowledge and/or experience (e.g., SQL, XML, XSLT, programming).
• Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Nordic languages.
