What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for applications, especially Learning Management System (LMS), including ticket handling and user request resolution.
• Manage improvements and technical configuration of applications.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to determine requirements, solutions, and process/technical improvements.
• Perform other project tasks related to LMS and integrated IT systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an analyst or similar position.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with eLearning platforms.
• Experience with CRM and finance integrations.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
