IT Analyst (Fintech)

IT Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing business and IT requirements for financial projects with an accent on payment systems and banking solutions. Focus on defining functional and non-functional requirements, supporting data-related activities, and collaborating within agile frameworks.

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Poland (at least 2 days per week from the office).

Salary: 18,000–22,000 PLN/month (B2B).

What you will do

• Analyze business and IT requirements related to payment systems and banking processes.
• Define, detail, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support development and quality control activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in integration projects (on-premise, hybrid, or cloud-based solutions).
• Support data-related activities such as data mapping, migration, and reconciliation processes.
• Contribute to UI prototyping and design from a requirements and usability perspective.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of the banking and payment domain (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO messages).
• Experience with payment reconciliation processes and statement generation.
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with user interface prototyping and design.
• Excellent spoken and written English and experience in international collaboration.
