TL;DR

Sales Enablement Trainer: Owning the activation and development of new independent sales consultants by delivering structured onboarding, coaching in the field, and running follow-ups. Focus on building skills, confidence, and sustainable selling habits to achieve early milestones and ensure readiness for handover to the Sales team.

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom (Hybrid, with travel across the UK and regular team days in London)

What you will do

  • Deliver structured onboarding and training for new Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) covering products, pricing, and tools.
  • Provide field coaching, observe approaches, and give practical feedback to ISCs to build confidence and skills.
  • Manage handovers from Recruitment to ensure quality and to Sales for effective continued development.
  • Build connection and community within the new-joiner cohort through various engagement methods.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, track progress, and provide insights for program improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in SMB sales, account management, or a similar field-based commercial role.
  • Experience coaching, training, or managing salespeople, helping others improve alongside them.
  • A genuine interest in developing people and watching them grow.
  • Strong organizational skills to support multiple ISCs at different stages.
  • Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot) and open to learning new systems.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK for field coaching and regular team days in London.
