What you will do

• Maintain a constant feedback loop with the sales team to identify and resolve friction in daily workflows.
• Take full ownership of CRM data quality by implementing a zero-tolerance policy for duplicated records and data decay through automation and manual auditing.
• Establish and enforce "Data Standards of Excellence" by leading training and governance to ensure every user understands their role in maintaining a world-class database.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant (Salesforce Certifications highly preferred).
• A "fixer" mentality: naturally inclined to find gaps, identify root causes, and build scalable solutions.
• The ability to communicate effectively with high-performing sales teams, translating their field requirements into technical reality.
• Mastery of duplication tools and Salesforce flow automation.
