What you will do

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customers, their needs, competitive service features, and pricing.
• Contribute to hirify.global's sales strategy based on market mapping, preparing proper tactics for customer approach.
• Maintain regular contact with all prospects in CRM and fulfill proper reports.
• Prepare client offers and presentations.
• Organize and participate in meetings with customers.
• Present period results analysis, next quarter objectives, outstanding issues, and recommendations to hirify.global Management.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in sales, market research, and lead generation in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding and interest in the IT market, new trends, and technologies.
• Strong experience in cold calling / call center environments.
• Analytical skills in spotting potential niches for business development.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High creativity and goal-orientation, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-growing business environment.
