TL;DR

Sales Account Assistant (iGaming): Supporting current and new customers to strengthen relationships and manage project workflows, making strategic decisions to strengthen market position and growth in key verticals. Focus on fostering strategic relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving new business acquisition and retention.

Location: Hybrid in Guildford, GB (4 days in office, 1 day WFH, with potential for 2 WFH days after probation). 10 days working from anywhere in the world per year after probationary period.

Salary: Β£35,000 per annum (base) + Β£35,000 per annum (commission OTE)

What you will do

  • Help ensure key accounts continue to grow and remain satisfied with hirify.global partnership.
  • Foster, build, and maintain strategic relationships to understand customer impact and ensure satisfaction for growth and renewals.
  • Work with the sales team to drive new business acquisition, customer growth, and retention strategies.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to meet daily sales targets.
  • Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (leadership, solution architects, procurement) for tactical and strategic decisions and product/process improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales or account management experience.
  • B2B Sales experience within IaaS/Technology industries preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to gather meaningful decision-maker intelligence and obsess over customer needs.
  • A clear and effective communicator across all platforms.
  • Live in commutable distance to Guildford.
