What you will do
- Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound leads.
- Research accounts, cold call, warm call, craft personalized email outreach, and leverage LinkedIn.
- Lead introductory calls and master discovery to identify pain points and articulate hirify.global's value.
- Work on projects beyond prospecting, such as evaluating sales technology or improving processes.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Relentless drive and a history of achieving results.
- Self-driven and hungry to achieve.
- Curious and keen to learn.
- Tech-savvy early adopter, willing to test new things.
- English: B2 required.
