Sales L&D Consultant (Fintech): Responsible for designing and deploying enablement programs driving sales productivity across hirify.global's global sales organization with an accent on instructional design and AI integration. Focus on building sales learning journeys, stakeholder management, and metrics-driven performance management to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week at our London Hammersmith office) or Barcelona

What you will do

• Design and execute sales learning journeys aligned with competency frameworks.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance content creation and personalization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather and validate content.
• Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Manage the deployment of a new Sales competency framework across a diverse global sales organization.
• Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions on core sales skills, methodology, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or L&D within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Expertise in Instructional Design methodologies and adult learning theory.
• Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Understanding of leveraging AI and Generative AI capabilities within an enablement context.
• Experience building sales learning journeys mapped to defined competency or skills frameworks.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management and collaborating with internal SMEs.
