What you will do
- Deliver small (4-15 week) client implementations independently for hirify.global’s software products.
- Design and configure custom solutions within budget, considering client staffing, programs, and reporting needs.
- Produce solution documents and demonstrations, estimate hours and timelines for work.
- Lead working sessions and cultivate strong relationships with customer contacts up to VP/Director level.
- Maintain accurate project records in internal CRM (Salesforce) and project management tool (Monday.com).
- Proactively identify risks, prevent escalations, and manage 15-20 projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional customer-facing experience.
- Experience leading or managing internal projects or programs.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, breaking down complex concepts simply.
- High individual accountability and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Work authorization in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, project management, customer success, fundraising, or teaching/training.
- 1+ years of professional or volunteer experience at a nonprofit.
- Experience with hirify.global Tech software, Microsoft Excel, Monday.com, Lucidchart, and Salesforce.
