What you will do

  • Manage Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment using an Agile delivery approach.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources.
  • Drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
  • Guide clients on solution design, trade-offs, risks, and impacts.
  • Support pre-sales activities including presentations and solution demos.

Requirements

  • Must be local to the New York City area.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Contact Center experience (Omni Channel, Service Cloud Voice, Chat, Email-to-Case).
  • 2–15+ years managing IT projects involving the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Project Management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Participation in 5+ full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
