What you will do
- Manage Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment using an Agile delivery approach.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources.
- Drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
- Guide clients on solution design, trade-offs, risks, and impacts.
- Support pre-sales activities including presentations and solution demos.
Requirements
- Must be local to the New York City area.
- Hands-on Salesforce Contact Center experience (Omni Channel, Service Cloud Voice, Chat, Email-to-Case).
- 2–15+ years managing IT projects involving the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Project Management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Participation in 5+ full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
