What you will do

• Collaborate with the Director to design and implement standard PMO artifacts, including governance frameworks, reporting templates, and project health metrics.
• Define and refine the Services Delivery Framework workflows, ensuring a seamless blend of Agile methodologies with professional services delivery standards.
• Lead the organizational transition as we adopt new PMO standards.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives, modeling "gold standard" execution for the rest of the organization.
• Serve as a primary point of contact to internal teams, ensuring transparent communication regarding project timelines, risks, and adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to deployment.
• A must-have background in professional services or management consulting.
• Strong experience in organizational change management.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how they integrate into a broader SDLC.
• Proficiency with PM software (e.g., Smartsheet, Salesforce, Certinia, Jira) and data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is a huge plus.
• Scrum or other Agile certifications.
