Salary: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of geographically focused impact pilots and strategies, analyzing regional challenges and opportunities to deploy strategic connectivity efforts.
• Define scalable frameworks for impact-driven connectivity pilots, including region-specific needs assessments and partner alignment.
• Help define and shape the overall social impact narrative for Starlink.
• Execute end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Manage strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders, including international aid organizations and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the societal outcomes of strategic connectivity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of consulting, project management, or strategic planning experience.
• 2+ years in an external-facing role managing vendors, commercial or government contracts, or business/enterprise customers.
• Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to travel to other hirify.global offices, customer locations, and international regions as needed.
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
