What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business logic, pricing models, and operational processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured documentation and precise specifications.
• Execute platform configurations (business rules, pricing factors, approval workflows) that meet client requirements.
• Contribute to pattern libraries, document edge cases, and capture implementation learnings.
• Participate in developing and refining AI-assisted configuration tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent client needs during feature development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems implementation (ERP, CRM, CPQ, or similar).
• Proven client-facing consultation skills, including leading discovery sessions and workshops.
• Strong analytical skills for business process analysis and documenting requirements in structured formats.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and advanced spreadsheet functions.
• Ability to rapidly acquire new CPQ-specific domain knowledge.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to CPQ or complex pricing models.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working effectively with remote/distributed teams.
• Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
