What you will do
- Develop and maintain robust knowledge of applicable processes and procedures.
- Facilitate requirements gathering for customer workflows to complete system designs.
- Perform workflow and process analysis, generating recommendations for software optimization and integration.
- Train customers on software usage and develop implementation training manuals and guides.
- Track and resolve project-related issues and ensure on-time deliverables for projects.
- Understand and meet Harris Healthcare goals regarding implementation, revenue, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bilingual: French and English required for working with customers in Quebec and internationally.
- BS or higher degree in a clinical field preferred.
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 50% at key times is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- Ability to adapt to varied situations and multi-task during complex implementations.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare workflows within the Quebec healthcare system.
- Strong functional expertise in at least one healthcare module or product area.
- Prior experience implementing health information systems (EHR/EMR) and a solid understanding of hospital operations.
