What you will do
- Support customers by resolving escalations and assisting with app usage and integration.
- Identify areas for product improvements and collaborate with teams to develop technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customer success, account management, and product engineering to resolve issues.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in an IT environment regarding software development, technical solutions, and second-level support.
- Academic background in Engineering and/or advanced degree in a technical field required.
- SQL programming is essential, with experience in Python and Java highly valued.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art technologies (HTTP(S), REST, iOS/Android).
- Located in France.
- Understanding and interpreting code is required, with programming skills preferred.
- French and English are mandatory.
