What you will do
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Document functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria for new and enhanced features.
- Design Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities across Account Hierarchies, Opportunity lifecycle, and related objects.
- Create robust automation to streamline user operations.
- Support UAT cycles by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and addressing issues promptly.
- Optimize existing Salesforce processes by evaluating performance, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Admin, Developer, Consultant, or Techno-Functional role.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Account Hierarchies, Opportunity Lifecycle Management, forecasting concepts, and core CRM processes.
- Expertise in technical Salesforce capabilities, including Apex (triggers, classes, test classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and configuration best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin (ADM201), Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant are strongly preferred.
- Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or data migration tools.
