Solution Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Solution Engineer (AI): Supporting the sales team by promoting, marketing, and demonstrating Constructor Platform solutions with an accent on pre-sales demos, customer support, and integrations. Focus on creating tailor-made demos, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

Location: Must be based in South America. Remote work is available in locations without Constructor offices, or hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) in locations with offices.

What you will do

• Support the sales team in promoting, marketing, and demoing Constructor Platform solutions.
• Engage frequently with prospects, customers, and partners through meetings and discussions.
• Develop custom demos, demo scripts, and scenarios to enhance sales efforts.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly, providing education and support.
• Document customer interactions and elevate complex issues to senior support engineers.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Project Managers, Product Managers, and Dev-ops.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Scientific Bachelor's degree (STEM degree a huge bonus).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of Rest API and Python.
• Experience with Git, cURL, and Postman.
• High energy and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with people and conveying ideas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Engineering and software development background.
• Skills in Docker, package managers, and ML algorithms.
• HTML and TEX knowledge.
• Bash scripting ability.
