What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations across Salesforce, CPQ, and billing integrations, investigating data and process issues.
• Execute configuration changes and small enhancements in Salesforce and related tools.
• Act as first-line systems support for GTM and Finance stakeholders on contract terms, discounts, and invoicing.
• Work from tickets and requests, ensuring clear understanding, documentation, and timely resolution.
• Help maintain data quality and field ownership across key objects by applying governance rules.
• Contribute to the rollout of pricing and packaging changes, including configuration updates and UAT support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Systems, RevOps, Billing Operations, or similar role, ideally in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a power user or admin (creating/updating fields, page layouts, basic automation).
• Exposure to at least one of: CPQ, billing, subscriptions, or financial integrations (e.g., Netsuite, ZAB, Celigo).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communication skills to explain system behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
• A process mindset, looking for patterns behind issues and documenting steps.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (products, price books, bundles, quote templates).
• Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato).
• Prior exposure to billing operations or accounts receivable topics.
• Comfort working with Jira/ticketing systems.
• Ability to run simple data analyses.
