What you will do
- Own product demonstrations and deliver high-touch proof of concepts.
- Learn technical tools used by the Sales Engineering team to test network environments.
- Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification.
- Partner with the Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
- Identify key customer requirements and present Dialpad solutions.
- Build technical relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in similar roles.
- Experience in Cloud-VOIP System (UCaaS & CCaaS).
- Technical curiosity and excitement about delivering technology solutions.
- Understand how systems integrate through APIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal, rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
