What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
• Identify ideal prospects and conduct discovery calls to position hirify.global effectively.
• Deliver one-on-one product demos and drive sales to exceed targets.
• Track and forecast sales in Salesforce while managing multiple deals.
• Collaborate with the team and assist with pricing negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and process sales orders efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a full sales cycle environment.
• Background in IT solutions, software sales, telecommunications, e-commerce, cloud apps, SaaS, POS, retail, or tech industries.
• Proven experience in forecasting sales pipelines and tracking daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• A history of high performance in previous roles.
