What you will do
- Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads through a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies that drive PostgreSQL adoption across designated countries.
- Utilize advanced prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, TechTarget, and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
- Contribute to hirify.global’s growth and success by meeting and exceeding sales opportunity generation targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in South Asian Countries.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Primary focus on ANZ, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Philippines for country coverage.
- A “hunter” mentality with a strong passion for outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Proven success in using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Cantonese.
- Keen interest in technology, particularly open-source solutions.
- Experience in the database, SaaS, or cloud industry, or familiarity with the public sector or enterprise space.
