What you will do

• Manage existing shippers for retention and collaboration to drive volume growth.
• Act as the main point of contact, liaising with relevant departments to resolve shipper queries and issues timely.
• Handle the end-to-end onboarding of newly signed up shippers based on agreed TAT.
• Ensure successful testing of required integrations before going live.
• Handle the end-to-end offboarding of shippers and secure clearances from all concerned departments.
• Publish periodic reports and provide basic data analysis to internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or related business courses.
• 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role or capacity.
• Proficient in written and oral English.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Proactive and works with a sense of urgency.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant OJT or Internship experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries.
• Experience in API/tech integration.
