What you will do
- Define the long-term roadmap for sales technology and structure the area for global scalability.
- Define global KPIs, monitor usage, and build executive-level dashboards to track ROI.
- Develop action plans for tool utility, lead global training, and documentation.
- Oversee Salesforce integrations and manage complex troubleshooting workflows.
- Lead contract renewals, manage the tools budget, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Manage executive relationships and deliver high-level status reports.
Requirements
- Extensive background in Sales Tools.
- Significant experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into sales workflows.
- Advanced analytical skills, including building complex dashboards in Excel and BI tools.
- Expert knowledge of project management techniques is mandatory.
- Strong workflow design skills and experience structuring departments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
