What you will do
- Own a portfolio of hirify.global partners, guiding them to scale their practice and deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, assisting with practice structure, offerings, and services methodology.
- Conduct partner QBRs and health reviews, and help partners navigate hirify.global's internal processes.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales to help partners win deals and monitor all partner-led projects.
- Act as an internal expert and advocate for partners, addressing internal questions and coordinating opportunities.
Requirements
- Deep experience (often 8+ years) in an Enterprise SaaS environment in roles like Partner Success, Professional Services, or Partner/Channel Sales.
- Strong Professional Services experience, including building/scaling delivery practices and Services GTM experience.
- Experience working with or within Partner organizations, managing a portfolio of global or enterprise partners.
- Technical fluency in iPaaS / Enterprise Orchestration to assess delivery approaches and project timelines.
- Experience in consulting, program design/rollout, change management, and data analysis.
- Fluency in English required.

- Fluency/business proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, etc).
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
