Location: This role will be remote with a preference for the Mountain or Central regions, with quarterly travel expectations.

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for Strategic Sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with sales competencies.
- Partner on Strategic-specific onboarding content for new hires, ensuring rapid ramp-up.
- Implement continuous learning programs covering prospecting, discovery, demo, and competitive selling.
- Responsible for Deep Command of the Message understanding, training, and reinforcement.
- Monitor and analyze enablement initiatives to optimize sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, and sales within an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of success in strategic selling cycles.
- Strong preference for Force Management Certified Command of the Message Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
