Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Playing a pivotal role in the Go-to-Market team, driving pre-sales and post-sales processes for an AI cybersecurity platform with an accent on technical leadership, partner relationship management, and value delivery. Focus on winning POVs, closing full platform deals, and contributing to global sales strategy.

Location: Onsite in New York or Boston, USA; Regional and international travel to client sites may be required.

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 base plus commission

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for clients, partners, and internal teams at hirify.global.
• Deliver value stories to customers based on direct, market-recognized experience.
• Contribute to global sales, POV, and Go-to-Market strategy.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with critical/high-value customers.
• Discover and create prospect-specific quantifiable value statements.
• Support peers as a subject matter expert and impact player.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a sales engineering role.
• Experience in cybersecurity is required.
• Advanced and recognized global industry expert.
• Strong knowledge in both on-premises and cloud networking and technologies.
• Ability to consult at all levels (C-level, SOC, engineers, buyers, etc.).
• Experience in presenting highly technical Network Security Solutions to Clients and Channel Partners within the region.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Email Security, Application Security, Operational Technology, External Attack Surface Management, and Incident Response.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
