Salary: $135,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of Sales Engineers supporting the U.S. Federal Civilian business.
• Guide technical pre-sales efforts and mentor engineering talent.
• Drive solution alignment across a portfolio of federal customers.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Threat Intelligence teams.
• Ensure the platform aligns with federal mission requirements, acquisition strategies, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Prior experience leading Federal Civilian Sales Engineering teams.
• CJIS clearance.
• Sales engineering background or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experienced in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, incident response, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
• Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with security products and SaaS-based security offerings.
• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies and large scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of the OSI model, FedRAMP, and Impact Level (IL) frameworks.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
