What you will do
- Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and recommendations to prospects and customers.
- Develop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews.
- Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals/Information and represent hirify.global at company events.
- Document customer's technical requirements and build Proof-of-Concept (POC) documentation.
- Provide support for hirify.global Partners.
- Train and mentor other Solutions Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Information Systems) or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales, support, and/or implementation engineer in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security Applications, and/or Enterprise Security Applications (ITDR, SIEM, CIEM).
- 7+ years of experience working for global software vendors.
- Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Databases, and Network Devices.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- This role has to be based in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or the surrounding area.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH.
- Experience building, supporting, and selling security solutions.
- API and Webhook Scripting experience.
