What you will do

  • Proactively source candidates through various recruiting channels, including ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networks.
  • Own and manage the entire recruitment process for the full spectrum of sales roles.
  • Build close relationships and trust with hiring managers, understanding role requirements through effective job kick-off meetings.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including generating accurate offers and closing requisitions.
  • Efficiently report on vacancy hiring progress and utilize the ATS system (Greenhouse) for tracking and scheduling.
  • Advocate for hirify.global, telling our story and uncovering candidates’ motivators and experience.
  • Develop and standardize thoughtful interview processes, ensuring a consistent and fair candidate experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and provide feedback to improve recruiting systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting within Sales and Go-To-Market functions in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven in-house recruiter with experience partnering directly with internal teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong collaborator who shares knowledge and works cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Immigration, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance.
  • Expert LinkedIn Recruiter user and outbound sourcer.
  • Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency, and able to quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Proven ability to coach and influence hiring teams on interview best practices and structured evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience managing structured interview frameworks, including maintaining interview process and scorecards within Greenhouse.
  • An analytical mindset, with a track record of leveraging recruiting metrics and insights for data-driven decision-making.
