What you will do

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to achieve overall revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ business, challenges, plans, and opportunities while expanding relationships across divisions.
  • Lead customer presentations and manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying cross-sell and business expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure first invoice reviews are correct and meet customer expectations for new products and contracts.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Cargo Insurance or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of insurance or billing processes and terminology.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry processes, distribution channels, and adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and social media platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Cargo Insurance or Logistics experience.
  • Experience with KLUE or Consensus.
