What you will do
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to achieve overall revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ business, challenges, plans, and opportunities while expanding relationships across divisions.
- Lead customer presentations and manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying cross-sell and business expansion opportunities.
- Ensure first invoice reviews are correct and meet customer expectations for new products and contracts.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in Cargo Insurance or a related role.
- Basic understanding of insurance or billing processes and terminology.
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes, distribution channels, and adherence to rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Cargo Insurance or Logistics experience.
- Experience with KLUE or Consensus.
