• Lead and nurture an EMEA engineering recruiting team.
• Collaborate with business leadership to develop global talent acquisition strategies.
• Define recruiting performance goals and develop recruiting managers.
• Champion global recruiting process improvements for scalability.
• Directly source hard-to-find niche technical candidates using creative methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a great candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers.
• 5+ years experience managing a technical recruiting team required.
• 10+ years sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to direct source, compose compelling email campaigns, and identify diverse candidate pools.
