What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for EU-based roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs and align on profiles.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Track progress, flag bottlenecks, and share feedback on recruiting practices.
  • Support light People/HR initiatives, including onboarding and employee questions.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable owning roles independently and moving searches forward without heavy oversight.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles and partnering with engineering leaders.
  • Clear and direct communication skills.
  • Adaptable, organized, and steady under shifting priorities.
  • Enjoy building and improving processes.
