What you will do

  • Own full enterprise sales cycle from initial conversation to close
  • Manage portfolio of named enterprise accounts across EMEA
  • Run multi-stakeholder sales processes with product, digital, content, and technology teams
  • Lead discovery on workflows, outcomes, and audience engagement
  • Position hirify.global as strategic platform with expansion potential
  • Build pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate on enterprise solutions

Requirements

  • Location: Must work remotely from anywhere in Europe
  • Experience selling SaaS into broadcast, media, sport, or content-heavy organisations
  • Proven complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort with consultative, discovery-led selling and pipeline generation
  • High agency, ownership, strong listening, and clear communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast learning, and autonomous operation
