Scrum Master (Fintech)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Fintech): Coordinating the delivery of a customer masterdata management solution for a large banking group with an accent on cross-functional communication and agile delivery across CEE. Focus on removing team impediments, coaching Product Owners, and improving cross-border innovation processes.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Austria (with options for remote work from any EU country for up to 30 days per year).

Salary: €70,000 gross p.a.

What you will do

• Act as a Scrum Master for the cross-functional Athena team, ensuring efficient delivery of masterdata management solutions.
• Coordinate communication and collaborate across hierarchies with teams in the Head Office and Network banks in CEE.
• Develop and improve concepts for cross-functional and cross-border innovation and delivery.
• Focus on team health, resolve impediments, and support professional growth within the team.
• Coach Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands within the central data backlog.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in large corporate environments.
• Practical experience with SCRUM or other agile methods in corporate setups.
• Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical, result-oriented, and structured approach to work.
• Fluent English proficiency for communication with network units in the CEE region.
