What you will do

• Guide 2–3 product and development teams in applying Scrum and Agile best practices to deliver value predictably.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs.
• Coach teams to become cross-functional, self-managing, and autonomous.
• Actively remove impediments and protect teams from external interruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback loops, metrics, and empirical learning.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with complex solutions.
• Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) is required.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and hands-on experience with Jira.
• Full English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Cyprus (Hybrid model).
• Willingness and ability to travel 1–2 times per year.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Gaming or Sports Betting industry.
• Additional Agile certifications (PSM II, SAFe, etc.).
• Technical background in software development or QA.
• Project Management certification.
