What you will do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for cross-functional HMI development teams.
• Act as a servant leader and agile coach to maintain flow, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate R&D efforts across software, UX, systems engineering, and validation domains.
• Support the transition and scaling of products from development into implementation and industrialization phases.
• Contribute to the organizational agile transformation and the implementation of the SAFe framework.
• Bridge communication between technical, design, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Technical Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex product development environments.
• Strong background in HMI and/or digiphysical development involving software, hardware, and system integration.
• Experience with scaling and industrialization phases of product development.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience working with cross-functional R&D teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the SAFe framework and agile transformation initiatives.
