Talent Sourcer & Coordinator (HR): Sourcing and coordinating candidates for Engineering, Product, and Marketing roles with an accent on identifying and engaging passive candidates through various channels. Location: Hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office.
Salary: €2,000–€3,000 per month (based on daily rate of €100-€150).

What you will do
- Collaborate with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Source, screen, and qualify passive candidates using various tools and platforms.
- Assist talent partners in reviewing inbound applications and scheduling interviews.
- Stay updated on tech trends and news to provide competitive intelligence.
- Track metrics, pipeline activity, and prepare reports to inform improvements.
- Manage regular and effective sourcing campaigns.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Engineering/Product/Marketing recruitment or sourcing.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset.
- Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to quickly screen resumes and identify top talent.
- Passion for technology and solid industry knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and self-motivation.
- Excellent research/sourcing skills with a focus on quality.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job posting platforms.
