What you will do

  • Source and engage qualified talent through referrals, proactive outreach, job boards, and networking.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring by screening candidates, running interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to make strong decisions that support team goals.
  • Manage offers and candidate communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a smooth transition from offer to acceptance.
  • Contribute to improving how we hire by supporting employer branding, refining processes, and sharing market and candidate insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS company or high-growth environment.
  • Ability to assess talent beyond resumes by asking thoughtful questions and evaluating for impact, skills, and potential.
  • Confidence owning roles end-to-end, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and navigate nuanced, high-stakes conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows.
  • A proactive approach to building and maintaining talent pools for future, recurring, or inactive roles.
