What you will do
- Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to define efficient recruitment paths for each vacancy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, sourcing, interviews, and offer process.
- Consult with and advise hiring managers and stakeholders on decision-making, process design, and candidate feedback.
- Network with potential candidates to promote the employer brand and build a candidate pipeline.
- Analyze metrics to refine processes and improve ways of working, both individually and as a team.
- Support recruitment activity in other regions on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience owning the full recruitment cycle.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, including commercial roles and more complex searches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize tasks in a changing entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once with shifting business priorities.
- Experience working with recruiter tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.
Nice to have
- Previous experience recruiting for a SaaS company.
- Greenhouse experience, or you have yourself set up and/or managed a similar ATS.
