TL;DR

Account Executive, Small Business (Sales): Managing the full-cycle sales process for qualified SMB leads and bringing new business customers to hirify.global with an accent on contract generation and meeting monthly sales goals. Focus on conducting discovery calls, performing product demos, and negotiating to close deals.

Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must be eligible to work in the US and will receive US-specific benefits.

Salary: $117,500 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing across a diverse portfolio of products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals using appropriate value-based sales approaches and techniques.
  • Perform prospecting activities to set up discovery and product demonstrations using various communication channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls and perform product demos to understand prospects' business needs and showcase hirify.global's solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with buyers.
  • Consistently manage a clean pipeline and work to progress buyers through sales stages.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications or solutions.
  • Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes.
  • Previous experience accurately tracking and forecasting a pipeline through the use of a CRM.
  • Experience with managing a multi-touch sales cycle.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a competitive spirit.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn SalesNav.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience selling by using SPICED or SPIN methodologies.
  • Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads (SDR, BDR roles).
  • On-demand/SaaS, CRM, SFA, and marketing software/solution sales experience.
