What you will do
- Lead and manage the Account Management team to achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Develop and implement measurement models and diagnostic tools for performance and training needs.
- Evaluate and contribute to the design of account growth incentive plans.
- Develop business cases and perform financial analysis in support of key business decisions.
- Transform the account management organization from a retention-focused function to a growth-focused function.
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues, ensuring satisfactory and prompt resolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management.
- Strong game production background at an executive level.
- Good understanding of business and business development as it applies to supporting game development and game studios.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate compelling strategies and value propositions to align capabilities to client needs.
- Experience developing account plans and strategies for growth and client satisfaction.
- Ability to lead and manage an Account Management team.
