What you will do

• Lead user research projects across different stages of game product life cycle and global market research.
• Collaborate with Shanghai office and US teams to own end-to-end user research studies including communication and reporting.
• Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and understand user needs.
• Deliver actionable insights to inform product features and development.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Passion for games and understanding of player psychology, preferably anime/open world games.
• Experience applying appropriate research methodologies and working on game projects.
• Strong communication, responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork skills.
• Chinese language skills preferred.
