Manager, Growth Strategy (Quick Commerce): Owning the performance and strategy of quick commerce user growth across multiple markets with an accent on MAU penetration, trials, and user touchpoints. Focus on defining scalable standards for platform exposure, aligning with local teams, and translating performance signals into concrete actions.

What you will do

  • Own Quick Commerce Growth performance across markets, developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Monitor weekly performance trends and identify experience-related growth opportunities.
  • Define and enforce standards for Quick Commerce Exposure across campaigns and key touchpoints.
  • Partner with local growth and marketing teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Commercial, Subscription, and different Marketing Teams.
  • Produce clear, decision-ready performance reporting for senior leadership and run deep dive analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, strategy, consulting, or tech-driven business.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
