What you will do
- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts in the tech, SaaS, and fintech sectors.
- Leverage professional networks to connect with senior decision-makers and create meaningful partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and expand the enterprise client base.
- Represent hirify.global at client meetings, conferences, and industry events (occasional travel).
Requirements
- Extensive enterprise sales experience (10+ years) in the UK or US markets.
- Proven success in generating and closing high-value B2B deals.
- Deep understanding of the technology, SaaS, fintech, or CX landscapes.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- English: Native or near-native proficiency (C2) required.
