What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts in the tech, SaaS, and fintech sectors.
  • Leverage professional networks to connect with senior decision-makers and create meaningful partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and expand the enterprise client base.
  • Represent hirify.global at client meetings, conferences, and industry events (occasional travel).

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise sales experience (10+ years) in the UK or US markets.
  • Proven success in generating and closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Deep understanding of the technology, SaaS, fintech, or CX landscapes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • English: Native or near-native proficiency (C2) required.
