TL;DR

What you will do
- Expand the assigned UKI region by winning new Enterprise & Mid Market clients.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan to maximize revenue potential for your territory.
- Guide potential customers through the sales journey, presenting hirify.global’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the BDR team on outbound sales and prospect new customers (minimum 20% self-generated pipeline).
- Lead connections with partner sales teams and negotiate commercial offers.
- Navigate legal and procurement processes in complex B2B SaaS sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven SaaS value selling experience as an Account Executive.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing), as it is the local language of the territory.
- Ability to work remotely within the UK and Ireland, with primary travel within this assigned region.
- Demonstrated success in closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals (over $100k ACV).
- Experience in strategically defining account & territory plans.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Sandler, MEDDIC).
