TL;DR

Territory Account Executive (SaaS): Driving expansion in the assigned UKI region by acquiring new Enterprise & Mid Market clients and leading the full sales journey. Focus on building and implementing go-to-market plans, prospecting new customers, and negotiating complex B2B SaaS deals.

Location: Remote within the UK and Ireland. Regular travel within the assigned region is required.

What you will do

  • Expand the assigned UKI region by winning new Enterprise & Mid Market clients.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan to maximize revenue potential for your territory.
  • Guide potential customers through the sales journey, presenting hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with the BDR team on outbound sales and prospect new customers (minimum 20% self-generated pipeline).
  • Lead connections with partner sales teams and negotiate commercial offers.
  • Navigate legal and procurement processes in complex B2B SaaS sales.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven SaaS value selling experience as an Account Executive.
  • Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing), as it is the local language of the territory.
  • Ability to work remotely within the UK and Ireland, with primary travel within this assigned region.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals (over $100k ACV).
  • Experience in strategically defining account & territory plans.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Sandler, MEDDIC).
