TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Generating new pipeline for the business by communicating hirify.global’s platform and aligning solutions with customer objectives with an accent on strategic account research, targeted messaging, and lead qualification. Focus on building sales-ready opportunities, optimizing engagement with tech leaders, and achieving monthly quotas.

Location: Hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

What you will do

  • Partner with sales reps to strategically determine messaging, persona targets, and account strategy.
  • Research target accounts, identifying key players and crafting targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
  • Develop and nurture accounts and contacts through outbound calls, social messaging, emails, and events.
  • Build sales-ready opportunities and transfer those leads to Sales Representatives.
  • Handle sales pipeline through qualification to discovery and prepare reports and forecasts using Salesforce.com.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • High-level communication, writing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and be a great teammate.
  • Resilience in problem solving and maintaining a strong attitude.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must follow a hybrid schedule with on-site work in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday and Thursday.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German, French or Spanish.
