What you will do
- Identify, cold-call, and qualify high-potential merchants across Ireland and the UK.
- Negotiate and close deals by pitching hirify.global's value proposition to business owners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and outreach tracking using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Act as a brand ambassador contributing to hirify.global's growth in Ireland.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Dublin, Ireland with hybrid work in office 3 days a week.
- English: Proficient English required (job posting in English, assumed B2).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Ability to handle high-volume cold calling and lead qualification.
