TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland with 3 days in office required

Salary: £58,000 OTE with uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Identify, cold-call, and qualify high-potential merchants across Ireland and the UK.
  • Negotiate and close deals by pitching hirify.global's value proposition to business owners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and outreach tracking using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Act as a brand ambassador contributing to hirify.global's growth in Ireland.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Dublin, Ireland with hybrid work in office 3 days a week.
  • English: Proficient English required (job posting in English, assumed B2).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Ability to handle high-volume cold calling and lead qualification.
