What you will do

• Define, implement, and oversee the full software development lifecycle processes.
• Design high-load, fault-tolerant, and highly available system architectures, applying modern approaches like microservices and event-driven.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of services, creating and maintaining architectural documentation.
• Conduct architectural reviews, technical audits, and implement best design practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD, integrate monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and develop disaster recovery strategies.
• Coordinate and standardize development and architectural approaches across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing high-load, fault-tolerant systems.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture principles and API interactions (REST, gRPC).
• Expertise in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and optimization.
• Experience working with DevOps, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of automated testing principles and strong process management skills.
