What you will do

• Manage a team of ~10 developers, participating in planning, project management, and career development.
• Architect M- and L-sized features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) to gather requirements and discuss project goals.
• Participate in the analysis, design, and evaluation of technical requirements with the team.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, primarily in Go.
• Review code and provide feedback to peers.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services.
• Proficiency with Go, Ruby, Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin languages.
• In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency required.
• Must be based on-site in Nicosia, Cyprus.
